It was a figure of speech. I don't think you can, but given the fact that your getting more square footage based on your old price, theorectically, you do have a reduction in price per square foot.
Considering that the entire parcel of land that ICE owns is being built with Infinity 3 & 4 - makes you wonder if they will be starting construction at the same time... (Infinity 3 that is).
Thanks for the heads up. I haven't heard of Times Group prior - except for some of their projects... but certainly wasn't aware of their practices or the lack of quality finishes. So this is an eye opener for someone considering their project here.
Couldn't agree with you more... I've been there once only because I had a coupon for buy 1 get 1 to give it a try, but never again.... wouldn't even recommend it for my worst enemy... the place is horrible... I'm surprized they survived this long.
Did they realize that they could reduce your price too? While I'd be happy about getting more square footage for my price. I'd think it's concerning that they didn't measure it properly from the begining.
According to the PATH diagram from Infinity 3 for the south west side of MLS, 16 York, Infinity 3 (25 Lower Simcoe), 18 York and the CN tower will be connected to the path aswell.
Really? Perhaps I'm oblivous to it - maybe I don't travel alot - but where have there been areas where building over the railway tracks will lead to an explosion of building and (more importantly) be magnificent?
You could also try going to J-Town http://www.jtown.ca/ - they have some stuff there aswell. You should also try talking to some folks at the Japan foundation - http://www.jftor.org/ they could give you some insights.
It is a start. If you don't put a ban on it, people won't even consider it. With the ban, at least everyone else is aware of the ban and it's like peer pressure and people know it's wrong to drop cigarette butts there let a lone smoke there. It's just like people who litter. Your not suppose...
a little off topic - but for such tall building such as the Ritz, window washing must be quite scary to say the least... how do they do it? it's like danger pay at those hights... and think about ICE condos too...
My apologies if my comments were inaccurate... as I often don't follow the James Cooper Mansion thread as closely as others... I was considering purchasing a unit in this area some time ago and was interested in how it was progressing.
