Agreed. Although this same developer owns two more parcels of land on Charles just down the street which will be similar heights to this one at 144.4m.

You should Start a thread for a running list of 150m+ buildings! I’m sure the UT community could keep better track than SSP, Wikipedia or Emporis which all seem to be inconsistent

This project is moving forward with sales beginning early 2022. Some more signage is up on site. This one is 114m tall.
