The park is moving along quickly: Tea House/Washroom Pavilion Construction: East Lawn grading done: Sidewalks, tree pits and slab benches on the eastern side are done or UC. The lawn is actually a pretty decent height - enough for small kids to sled on in the winter.

I would argue that Square One today is pretty good-looking on the inside (after the reno two years ago). On the outside it's quite brutal though.
