Mississauga Community Common Park COMPLETE

The park is moving along quickly:

Tea House/Washroom Pavilion Construction:

East Lawn grading done:

Sidewalks, tree pits and slab benches on the eastern side are done or UC. The lawn is actually a pretty decent height - enough for small kids to sled on in the winter.
 
Well, its a park. Not really much to say about it.

Its not the park of the century or a landmark development for Mississauga, but it will service a purpose.
 
Hopefully it will be ready in the fall...

The winding mews will start from City Centre Drive through Capital Towers, through the park then continue through One Park Tower to the west and new tower to the east then through Chicago and Limelight ending, for the moment, at SQ1 Drive. This is one of the reasons that makes this park so important, it's acting like a node or a hub...

The green stretch can be turned into a linear park of sorts with benches, trees, mini hills and play areas, etc...I think it makes for an interesting and unique setting...

This is off of One Park Tower. They should put an Ice Cream shop at the base of the tower where people can stroll, buy an IC and meander throughout the park...
