At least it's 10X better than Nobu (I never thought I'd be saying that about a CityPlace development).

    Toronto Time and Space Condos | 101.8m | 29s | Pemberton | Wallman Architects

I totally agree, but the area still lacks quality retail. Yes, it’s getting better, but it took a long time. While I do understand your point re: St. Lawrence, T&S is situated in the outskirts, in an area I’d not consider destination driven since it's well past the market. IMO it’s like saying...

I doubt it, have you visited City Place? Only time will tell (excuse the pun).

Completely agree. This is the worst project I've seen in years.

Incredible pictures! I wonder if the last floor we're seeing here (floor 11) is actually going to be the green mechanical? Why we're seeing the added framing? Pic grabbed from the project database.

Maybe they're planning on rebuilding the east and west facades by leveraging the demolished bricks? It might have something to do with the quality of the other sides.

If this is the case. I’m shocked they are pouring concrete on the floors after the cladding has been applied and the building has topped off.

So the floors won’t be that beautiful wood?

Hmmm, are they doing a concrete pour for the roof?

Well, they're a lot faster than Greenland's Lakeside project, lol

    Toronto L-Tower | 204.82m | 58s | Cityzen | Daniel Libeskind

This building just can't get a break. I hope for the residents sake that they get their windows cleaned before 2030. I wonder if there is any long-term damage tied to never washing your windows? The dirt build-up must be insane as this building has NEVER had their windows cleaned – so, 7 years...

Dare I say it, but these condos are the most standout buildings looking at the waterfront, aside from the CN Tower of course. From a skyline perspective, it will def be more impactful than Gehry. Congrats to all involved, what a great project.

I counted the one they are working on as floor 10…. But it looks like they’ll have a half floor type of thing for the balcony entrance?

That fat tower though.... I preferred the earlier massing.

    Toronto Nobu Residences Toronto | 156.66m | 45s | Madison Group | Teeple Architects

It will grow on me when it’s covered up by future buildings and it becomes a distant and forgotten memory.

Lovely! A floor and a-half to go?

    Toronto Bianca Condos | 37.79m | 9s | Tridel | Teeple Architects

The building has yet to go through Tarion or a final inspection. This will all be cleaned up over the next 6-8 months. Tridel is focused on getting units occupied.
