If you squint I guess it's a leaf...

Gonna take me a few tries to get the cladding right but it's full speed ahead with that transfer slab complete... (also may need to brave the Toronto Documents website to update the architectural plans as these may be too short!).

I've been a little busy with life and work but it's looking like we'll have some good angles to support a diagram on this one (albeit very far apart...we're adding a family member in a few weeks 😬). Keep the photos coming!

While it's purely aesthetic, that grid pattern adds so so so much to this build. Great massing, hits the street well and pops on the skyline. More HP!

Hyatt could use a bit of a wash. Pretty cool view...despite quite a few darker towers there's a nice enough mix here.

Time to update my diagram...

This building will definitely look better when it's dark enough out that I can't see it.

Was the maple leaf motif VE'd or was it just terribly executed?

Eau du Soleil is the only notable one that comes to mind.

My hope is that the majority of that retains some of the KPF design but yes good point. 🥲

Well, it certainly is a Concord building. Glad we're done with them ruining the skyline...for now.

You could maybe be a little more helpful to forum members who maybe don't spend all their time in the docs and threads ;) @KhalilHeron based on the photos shows it looks like about 20 more stories for the tallest based on a quick count. Looks like it's just about to match the Ritz Carlton...

For a "signature" building capping off a large development, it sure does look like all the other buildings...

Top 10 building. Massing is pretty much perfect and the materials are fantastic.
