There is some activity on the site today. Dump trucks are bringing soil and a dozer is filing in the trench (road?) across the site.

It will take a while for this legislation to pass. Perhaps Toronto should get shovels in the ground for as many projects as possible before it passes.

Not to get your hopes up but there is real work happening at the site today.

I hope today is the day. The extensions were delivered Saturday morning (I think) and I have seen them lift them twice only to lower them back down.

Seeing some of that used on the South East corner.

Absolutely. As somebody who lives on the waterfront and walks / cycles it daily I typically see the Lycra crowd using the road when the sidewalks are busy. There are too many incidents where pedestrians unknowingly walk into the bike lanes and when it is busy (like the weekends) it creates...

It looks like they finished up whatever they were working on yesterday. Today they are taking the equipment away.

I would think that the Harbour road re-routing and this road would have to be completed prior to the start of the third Pinnacle One Yonge building. Any change that might also be moving this along?

Work is continuing today. The work is limited to the area of the new road.
