    Toronto 175 St Clair West | 55.7m | 14s | Resident | Richard Wengle

JLL brought this to market in the Spring 2019. I was told by Plazacorp that since they weren’t able to get the price that they wanted, they withdrew the listing and they will likely develop it themselves at some point. All renderings are nothing but place-holders.

Has anyone heard about an opening date yet?

Downtown Grocery Store List (current + proposed)

From what I can find, the Leslie and Etobicoke stores are both about 20,000 sf, which i believe is their standard GTA store size.

    Some interesting reading.....

    Toronto Aura at College Park | 271.87m | 78s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

Are you talking about the basement space or the second/third level space? It would be almost impossible for this to happen in the basement given all of the individual unit owners.

    Toronto Aura at College Park | 271.87m | 78s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

The attached flyer came through my email this morning. Wow - do I feel badly for anyone who purchased a retail condo here. Based on the numbers that they're showing, for a 5% cap rate you would need to get rents of $22.00 net (which isn't that bad for downtown). BUT the taxes and...

    Toronto Time and Space Condos | 101.8m | 29s | Pemberton | Wallman Architects

I've been involved in a number of brownfield site remediations and subsequent developments, and I've never experienced the strong smell of petroleum that I experienced driving past this site today with my windows and sunroof closed.

    Toronto The One | 328.4m | 91s | Mizrahi Developments | Foster + Partners

One could say that all of the lenders on this project (and there are many!) are much more invested in the progress of the development :)

    St Lawrence Market

I just noticed that the Old Stonehenge website is showing that 197 King Street East will be a Sonder "hotel". I put hotel in quotes, because Sonder seems like an interesting company - a mix of AirBnB and a traditional hotel.

    Toronto Forma | 308m | 84s | Great Gulf | Gehry Partners

CBRE just listed the retail in this building - 5,974 sf on the ground floor and 5,791 sf on the lower level, with occupancy in Q2 2020.

My 82 year old father-in-law would LOVE this menu.

    St Lawrence Market

Seems like I had wrong information. The former Kwik Kopy space is going to be "9 Round Kickboxing". There will only be one F45 location in St. Lawrence on Front Street.

    St Lawrence Market

The former Burger King space is going to be a Popeye’s. And F45 is also going into the vacant space on the east sid of Sherbourne between Adelaide and Richmond.

    Bloor-Yorkville Scene

I have a feeling that the Weston family *may* wield the most influence within the Loblaw group of companies :) Buzzbuzzhome is now claiming that the exclusive is on take-out. Which also makes no sense, given Scaccia and The Bloor Street Market both do a lot of take-out business.

    Bloor-Yorkville Scene

NO NO NO!!!! The basis for this article is that The Bloor Street Diner is the only full -service restaurant in Manulife. This is INCORRECT. Scaccia has a full-service licensed dining room, and The One Eighty is also a full-service restaurant. I bet that it wasn't an exclusivity clause that...

Toronto The Globe and Mail Centre | 83.21m | 17s | First Gulf | Diamond Schmitt

If anyone is looking for office space in this building, The Globe and Mail just listed the 13th floor for sublease. 27,634 sq.ft.

    St Lawrence Market

The entire building at 190 Richmond Street East is for lease. This is the building at the north-west corner of Richmond and George, currently housing the auto body repair shop and the dance studio. Renderings look great and would be a significant improvement. I always thought that this would...
