    Toronto Time and Space Condos | 101.8m | 29s | Pemberton | Wallman Architects

This is the best view of T&S as it does not show the poor way it meets the street and the way it looms over its surroundings like a Borg Cube!

Great shot! Not sure the bridges were 'eye-sores' but they were a possible 'dam' should we ever get a 100-year rain event so clearly it's good they have been removed - the road bridge had been unused since the opening of the Don Valley Parkway in mid-1960s, the Enbridge (concrete) since they...

The roof of the L-Tower and the exposed window washing machine are 'interesting'. I assume that someone is paying to get one that works installed, they presumably can't keep importing hanging window-washers from elsewhere to clean their windows every 5 or 6 years.

I think these were seen as separate projects with the work on Bathurst/Fleet to be done when the tracks there needed to be replaced (now??) and the ROW on QQE moving to the side of the street between Spadina and Bathurst at some point when someone has lots of $$$ as THAT is a far bigger project.

    Toronto Parliament Slip | ?m | ?s | Waterfront Toronto | West 8

Good to see the pedestrian promenade on west side of Parliament Slip is getting worked on. According to the FARM Committee report last week, the work on the Slip should be done by or in Q1 2025

Toronto St Lawrence Market North | 25.3m | 5s | City of Toronto | Rogers Stirk Harbour

The original plan was to have the vents on the east side and I think it is POSSIBLE that someone thought (if anyone thought) that having two red 'things' close to each other would be overkill. So they decided to keep the vents in their original grey. Then they moved the (now grey) vents to the...

222 Spadina (Supportive Housing within former hotel space)

If a condo owner does not pay their monthly fees the Condo Corporation can take out a lien and eventually sell the condo. Any city taxes owed would, presumably, be noted in the sale and become the responsibility of the new owner.
