Agreed @UtakataNoAnnex @ProjectEnd @Northern Light. The idea of a park on this corner is perverse. It’s directly across the street from 52 Division and its block-long public plaza, which police used for parking for decades. Another unprogrammed open space is the last thing this block needs. .

Funny thing is, this neighbourhood has fewer people now than it did in the 80s, far less social need, and yet it’s going to get this centre anyway.
