Personal opinions aside, there lots of examples of industrial sites and relics tuned into park features around the world. If it where my park, I would of longed removed them and have buried in some landfill memory hole off the grid. But hey, this seems to be a thing. And it's not my park. So...

This is Mississauga, where a condo tower is followed by a farmhouse, followed by an office tower, followed by a townhouse complex, followed by a rental tower, followed by a strip mall, followed by another condo tower, followed by a cornfield...I think you get my drift. /sigh

I disagree that we should blame equality on something like this. And I don't know why Mr. Hank decided to bring this wedge issue up, as he hasn't been very forthcoming on the specifics of his claims. Did Tribute decide to give this place a touch of soul? Not that it will save this place by any stretch...but it is an improvement, IMO..despite being painted on.

...I would have dialled it back all they way back to before 365 ever got approved. Damn there's been some janky arsed, soulless developments and proposals (including this one) since in one of The City's brightest spots...and to put it mildly.

That would likely more happen if Doug just left this one alone.
