Bought a unit in south tower. Really happy the way this project has turned out. Clicked some pictures, thought i'll share.

They said retail space will be leased, but will only open up when both buildings have completed move in. There is rumour that they have already signed a pharmacy and a coffee shop. The representative said they haven't made it official, so can't be 100% sure as of now.

I bought a 2Bed+Den on 25th floor in South Tower. Did a lot of research online and in person and I am confident about this buy. The area seems relatively safe at night, the ice skating rink and Regent park community center was bustling with activity even at 9pm on a Tuesday evening. Hopefully...
