    iLoft Condos (Camrost-Felcorp) - Real Estate -

There are at least 2 errors in that information. It's 155, not 185 Legion Road North. And it was completed in 2010 (2011 if you go by registration date)

Anyone sold their own home? Or used a flat-fee MLS service?

I met someone from Quebec recently while on holiday. She works for Comfree and says that in Quebec, the majority of people sell that way. If that's true, then I imagine it's only a matter of time before Ontario and the rest of the country catch on. Like Jeff said, realtors do offer an...

    Unproffessional behaviour by a realtor?

Anyone who does this should lose his or her license. That's disgraceful!

    Baby, we got a bubble!?

Sorry interested, I have nothing to back this up. But I asked a similar question years ago and I was told or read that condos here used to have rules like this, but someone took it to court and it was struck down. That's why there are no restrictions on renting (at least in Ontario). If I...

    Toronto California Condominiums | ?m | 32s | Camrost-Felcorp | Onespace

I bought iLoft on opening day and it's in my contract in drawing form that there's more phases coming. It doesnt' give specifics, but it's pretty clear that the next phase is going there.

    Baby, we got a bubble!?

Are you sure about that? I'm not saying you're wrong but that certainly wasn't the case when I lived there. It was like the US system. When my family came to Canada we thought the renegotiate every few years idea quite bizarre.

Best Strategy to limit selling cost (and what is the real selling cost) ?

According to what my lawyer told me he shouldn't need to pay capital gain taxes. Since he intended to live there but his need have no changed it would not be considered an investment.

    Baby, we got a bubble!?

With my very first condo purchase, back in 2002 I was given money back for not using a agent. I was green back then and didn't know anything about the whole process. I never asked, it was just given to me (this was with the Pemberton Group BTW).

    M1 + M2 + Metropolis + Parkside Condos (Liberty Development) - Real Estate -

Windows usually go on before much is done on the inside. As for potlights unless you are in a unit with a drop ceiling (usually just the penthouse) then you can't have potlights except manybe a few select area where there are bulkheads. Most of your ceiling is likely concerete so potlights are...

Condo walls for hanging flatscreen TV?

Go with new anchors and make sure you get the right screws/bolts to go with them. I lent my neighbour my hammer drill and they had the same issue. The anchors didn't even come close to fitting.

Condo walls for hanging flatscreen TV?

It will.. I've done it in a pinch.. as long as you've got a masonary bit it can be done.. it takes a long time though.. 15 minutes instead of 4 seconds with a decent hammer drill. But if you're stuck you can make it work.
