I found the same thing happening.. Many sellers who don't have to sell, are deciding not to sell, after watching all the doom and gloom in the news. In the first time home buyer market (up to $400k), homes and condos are moving fast.

The location is great.. A lot better than Mississauga, Hamilton or Waterloo! At least all of us in the North and East of the GTA can actually get to this arena. A Mississauga location is too far for anyone east of the 400.

The dark days that gave us the Sheppard Subway and Highway 407 (A quick way across the GTA and used by thousands on Go Transit 407 routes)... Oh, those were very dark days indeed :rolleyes:

Only if and when there is a reliable, affordable and fast alternative. Otherwise, this will spell disaster and drive business out to the 905 at a faster rate than is currently the case.
