That sidewalk is actually quite wide and I don't mind the planter/benches. I think they've actually done a decent job in terms of landscaping within the complex. The green roofs above the townhomes are well maintained. There's another green roof between 50 and 60 Absolute but it's hard to see...

The signs are a bit of an eyesore but hopefully they'll have some good tenants lined up. A Starbucks or Second Cup would've been nice to have there for me. :)

Took a quick snap on my way home. Not sure if those are signs going up at the base of the podium, but they have been busy working on those units. I noticed some wall framing being installed the other week.
