Hmm, can they zoom out the camera? The same problem is with Tridel live cameras--they cannot cover the total image of the construction site for 300 Front and Hullmark Centre.

They are slow, but not too slow. The last official press release stated that the west portion will reach the ground level by the end of August (looks like early-mid October) and the rest will be there some time in the fall (I would say some time in December the earliest).

What was the building on the south-west corner (the Nestle building corner)? Now, it is the last remaining parking lot on the intersection...

The middle part is finished; it is only one storey high and it will house Whole Foods. The office building connecting south and north towers will be 5-storey high, so the footprint of the south tower will not change.

Thanks for sharing, jivey80. I was about to ask Tridelmaster when the yellow crane would go down, considering they finished work on the central part of podium.

Thanks for updates! I noticed that the window cladding has been removed and only the curtainwall parts remain intact. Any reason for that?

Not the whole block, but there are three houses on Poyntz Ave for sale by the same agent. This part of the street is part of the NYCC Secondary Plan, I assume it is a commercial-residential zoning. Maybe Emerald Park and Hullmark Centre development will help to steer some development activities...

The south tower rises almost a floor a week; good pace! Considering that the east part of the podium is almost done, the middle (yellow) might get dismounted soon?

Here is some shots of cladding, as I understand, they use both curtain wall (dark and white part) and window wall (dark cladding at balconies): Yonge-Sheppard is changing fast now; considering that the lowest part of the HC podium will be even with the current height of the south...

Should work well with a 5-storey middle part of the building and a nice public square. They started with installing cladding; will upload pictures a bit later today.

Emerald Park's construction blog says that the west part of the site will reach ground level in August, so we might see it sticking out some time this fall. They started pouring on the west side in March and they are at the level 3 currently. If they just keep at the same pace, they should be...

I don't think the model we use require annual flushings, at least not according to our manual (we have Navien model, don't remember which one). There are some non-monetory benefits, such as not worrying too much about running out of warm water, even if three sources are using water at the same...
