Directly to the North of this project (parking lot) are those horrible old rentals at 55/57 Charles. Saw a Sign today saying that they want to go Condo. which makes sense, really... seeing as they are surrounded by multi-million dollar condos, but it makes me hopeful that they'll be renovated...

March 5 2008 what a waste of space.... I didn't hate it until the glass.... the off-centre, Square podium is just.... yeah.

This Project looks so very similar to the new ultra-luxury project; 15 Union Park West, in Manhattan. Both are lovely. (but I'd rather live on Union Park than on wellington west)
