My neighbour is a construction worker and did some brief work here! He took these photos!

My neighbour is a construction worker and took these photos on his phone while working at the site! :) I'm not too sure what this means but he tells me that in the bottom picture there are '16,000 hooks and that it's a transfer slab'.

These turned out a little grainy when I uploaded them, anybody know if there's a fix for this?
