There are some investors who do quite well buying from paper and are able to take salespeople's pitches with a grain of salt. There are others that make bad decisions.

yup revised occupancy for mid levels (25th floor of south tower are in nov) for top floors are jan 2010

I'm totally in favour of Wholefoods. Yes it is slightly upscale but it will help the area out. I feel Queen between Spadina and just west of Bathurst seems to be a very forgotten area. Let's see what happens.
