Insane! I love it! I know a lot of people have been saying how great the view is from the east now (and it is great) but this perspective from the west with Humber Bay in the foreground can't be topped. I like it more than the view from the islands.

I wish developers would move away from these tacky project names. I would love it if all projects were simply named after the address (eg. 1 Bloor) but this isn't as easy with townhomes. They could, however, just use something simple such as "Towns at 639 Lawrence West" or something similar.

I'm all for increased density along the Queensway (light rail transit should be included) but I don't think this proposal will fly. 49 seems like a huge jump from what's there and what's currently proposed. We'll see though.
