Also, it is widely known that Ana Bailao will be running up against Cesar Palacio later this year.

The Master Plan was submitted to the City on November 27th. At the back of that plan was this phasing you are speaking of. It is very interesting that we will see substantial changes/ development throughout the next few years right up to 2030.

This is now launching as 'Piano Towns.' in 2018. I think the updated rendering is really nice. I think the overall project will bode well for Grid Developments as the site sold for around 1.5M . I really like these types of micro sites.
