A part of the bottom has been poured for the tower portion. There's no signs of a crane base so far but it should be pretty soon, followed by the actual crane

Toronto One Crosstown Towers I, II, III, and The Crest | 129.86m | 39s | Aspen Ridge | Core Architects

Maybe topped out, but I think occupation would happen later than that since glass cladding, interior systems, etc. might not be complete then. Not to mention there may be issues to fix (Aspen Ridge is a good developer, but with any new construction there may be issues that could delay it)...

Toronto One Crosstown Towers I, II, III, and The Crest | 129.86m | 39s | Aspen Ridge | Core Architects

The hardest parts (Underground levels) are close to being done, so maybe within 2 years all 3 should be substantially complete. They're working really fast on the midrise Crest building (Which is even wider and has a more complex shape than the tower ones), so that's a good sign for the 3 tower...

Toronto One Crosstown Towers I, II, III, and The Crest | 129.86m | 39s | Aspen Ridge | Core Architects

5th floor pours are done, and 5th floor wall forms are now in place in the Eastern part of the Crest building

If they were already above ground then probably, but since they'll still have to form the underground and podium floors it might take a while. Not to mention that even after they top out, there may be several months before the exterior cladding and interiors are complete for occupancy. Rodeo...

    Toronto Metro Park Condos | 112.7m | 37s | DBS | Kirkor Architects

For the main tower, it could take 2-3 years. The underground parking levels will probably take the longest each, and then the podium ones, and then the tower ones. The tower shape itself isn't too unique, so the repeating forms (What they pour the concrete on to form the floors and walls) should...

Taken today, May 18th, 2023. Digging is now mostly complete in the high-rise portion of the site, so we should be seeing a crane base and crane installation soon

Not to mention this proposal helps towards solving the issue that's existed even before 2020 where the financial district emptied out outside of business hours and days. By having more mixed-use buildings in the Financial district, it would make it more lively (Thus benefitting the many shops...
