The Bricking on the west side of the building seems to be going quite well. One can get a feel on how the building is going to look.

not sure what it would cost now, but I think the prebuild pricing was between 900-1 million dollars.

I agree, it should fit in with the area nicely. There seems to be a lot of space on the main floor. I wonder how much is going to be retail.

the brick is going to match the other buildings on the street! This building really keeps with the wellington feel. 500 Wellington should have been a little less glass, but if you are paying 1.5 million for a condo you want a lot of windows!

I guess I am new at this. What kind of finishes are you looking at. I feel that I want to upgrade counter, backsplash cabinets and the bathroom tile and vanities. I would like to upgrade the floor but that will be crazy expensive.

The reality is people are going to be spending more money on upgrades than they previously thought! I Think the berczy is a better project, in a prime location. I don't know if it's worth paying an extra 150 a square foot but still. I wouldn't be surprised if people spent 10-15k on upgrades...

So I went by the office and have to say I am disappointed with the standard options. The vanities in the bathroom look terrible, as well as the standard counters for the kitchen. The standard cabinets also look a little poor. Why do you guys think there is not a lot of choice when it comes to...

interesting points guys thanks! I agree the engineered hardwood is expensive, not sure I want to go there. What makes this laminate good quality, as I couldn't really tell?

Thanks for the opinion! I am still a fan of this project, but am not excited about the fact that I will probably be paying a lot in upgrades. I definitely want an undermount sink and nice backsplash. Hopefully the undermount sink is an option. I agree that Sorbara seemed to have gone a little...
