I would agree with this! Compared to some cities you are correct. I am just worried that interest rates have really helped real estate see some phenomenal returns over the last 15 years. I don't think this can be sustainable over the long term. People that have invested in real estate over...

Oh that makes sense. If you want to speak about the condo market in a general sense yeah the developers are here to make the most amount of money and offer the least, and they can get away with it because interest rates are low keeping demand high. I don't know how people can afford new builds...

Great Photos! Yes the condo market is overheated! As long as interest rates stay low, nothing will change.

Maybe. When and how high they are allowed to build should be interesting. Also, the southern view is all skyscrapers anyway it's not like you can look out into the water.

I can see people arguing that this building is a little bland. I really like that it fits with the other buildings of the neighborhood and feel that should be the most important thing, since wellington has a very unique feel to it. The glass at the the top adds a little extra to me, and the...

They seem to have finished the front on the part of the building that doesn't jut out, as well as built the scaffolding on the front part.

great pictures as usual! Once they do the bricking and the balconies, the hard exterior work will be done, correct guys? As for the inside they have a move in date early 2012 so that gives them a lot of time to complete the inside!

The height requirements depend on the size of the property that you are building on. If you look at the next door property to the east its very narrow. I bet they wouldn't go higher than 8 stories. Unless they were able to buy the house next store as well, then those balconies could be problematic.

The Red and grey brick is a nice touch! It will be interested to see pictures of the whole west face if possible once the bricking is done. As for the windows I think you see brick here because Sorbara wanted to keep the building blending in with the rest of the street. I am not sure if you...
