They never did earth retention for Phase 1. Just dug wide. Saved a lot of time and money for both Phase 1 and 2. I wonder , why other multi-building projects rarely do that ?

Granted, this area cries for redevelopment. But retirement home ? Would you like your parents or yourself to live at this busy intersection ? It's perfect location for an office building. Close to Islington subway, and TTC and Mississauga buses.
