    I hope high density option is selected, this stretch of gerrard is serviced by the 506 Streetcar which is connected to literally 3 subway stations and both of the major universities. You fairly easily support the 17+ floor "high rise".

    Am I the only one who thinks the pricing is reasonable for this "land mark tower"? Aura 2 bedrooms are trading for around 950,000 if you consider this doesnt finish for another 4 years + the usual concord delay it would likely make a good investment? All I need is someone to lend me 200k...

    I live in the area and 100% agree, across the path theres tons of space and the subway restaurant had some seating out side. The elevation of the building itself was always confusing to me, did the street shrink or did they design the building to be inaccessible LOL.

    I walk past this building multiple times a week, lack luster retail on the ground, the building itself is also extremely boring, would love to see better use of the building given its location. Current building is also extremely ugly too.

    Was on the St.Lawerence community fb group there was a post about a lady being sad about this station being gone. Her having to drive up to richmond and jarvis instead was more of an inconvinence than providing housing for 400+ families.

    It would surely ruin their name, but a few builders have canceled and then resold the project after and are still building projects today. IE Liberty/Gupta Group Etc...
