Will be open in early 2025! Seems pretty quick. With the way they’ve been working, it looks like they will be on time.

Update Feb 7/2024 Lots of crews working today, more than usual. There were crews also working on the greenhouse too. It looks like they're working hard to get this building finished as soon as possible from the progress I have seen the last month.

The building is officially named "MSU Hub" is now open officially on Feb 7, 2024 - you can edit the metadata/intro and mark this project as completed.

Building is now completed! 🎉 Looks like there is quite a bit of open space. Though it is well needed. Study areas in the university were busy/full most times, and this should make things much better as the facility can hold 500-1000 students...

I might be wrong here, but there doesn’t seem to be anything new about housing development in that area. Development occurs on the west side of Barton; nothing on the east side. Having worked at the three main hospital sites including General, I just don't think anything new will happen in 5...
