We mentioned that the land was sold to Cresford, and passed on info on the 64-storey height that a realtor brought to my attention. I have made requests to my contacts at Cresford and received no response! We are as much in the loop as everyone else on this forum. But I appreciate the praise!

The project is being redesigned and will be sold out of the same sales office as Indigo Bay Condos by Preston Group in the Bramalea City Centre.

$500 a square foot, I would doubt that. Given that unsold units at most of the new projects in the area are all priced over $550 psf, I would guess this site would be $600 psf plus for sure. I might even guess $650 psf. In Q4-2010, resales at CASA sold for $645 psf, BSN at $565. I think...

BobBob: I assume he would need to use the financing dollars to build the project, as opposed to paying back his friends? The lenders in this industry are pretty tight when it comes to where their funds are going, they have independent project monitors that look at where the money is spent...

Just as a clarifiaction, the top 10 projects are based on total sales January to December 2010. The Berczy finished in 42nd!

You may have posted it online before I twittered it, but the broker selling the project works in my office, so I "found" it long before you! I beleive the property is sold and the details of the developer that purchased the site will be made public soon.

According to our numbers, LA Ads was the top advertiser as of Q2-2010 representing 38 active projects, followed by Montana Steele with 35, Guidelines with 23 projects, G. Ryan Design with 20, The Drive Agency with 16 and the Brand Factory with 11.

Interesting that they are finally coming to market, the website for Windows on the Green has been up for almost three years!
