The design of the tower is great, the lobby is the best part in my opinion. I'm interested to see the reaction to it when it is released to the public.

I prefered the original design, but the Urban Toronto folks wanted something that "fit the neighbourhood" and now you got it.

King Charlotte is about 20x density if I recall.

I think a couple of Wallman's designs look much better when they were finished then the renderings, my favourites include Reve and Victory. I have no problem with this design, I don't think a project has to necessarily 'suit' a street, I think a juxtaposition of styles and heights makes...
