    Toronto The Pemberton | 215.79m | 68s | Pemberton | a—A

The loss of one of Toronto's great parking lots. When it comes to parking lot architecture, this was one of the best. I wonder if we can preserve it and move it to another part of the city for all to enjoy. Just imagining the people that have parked there brings tears to my eyes.

    Toronto 4121 Kingston | 125m | 38s | Trinity Group | Arcadis

Nope. 4121 Kingston is not the address of Spice Condos. This site is Goldmanco, Spice Condos is YYZed.

    Toronto King Blue by Greenland | 155.75m | 48s | Greenland | Arcadis

I posted a few other pics of the podium at www.twitter.com/urbanation Kudos to Travis and a couple others for actually saying why they don't like the rendering. Just calling something a "pile of poo" is ignorant and doesn't add anything to the forum. Sure you can call someone ugly, but it has...

    Baby, we got a bubble!?

Interested, what you are infering about Urbanation and myself is a serious accusation, which I take very seriously akin to accusing me of cheating on my wife. Let me be as clear as I can on this point. I have never censored what I say or let "profit" influence my interpretation and conclusions...

    Baby, we got a bubble!?

Interested, why would the fact that we sell data to the development industry make any difference in our conclusions and forecasts. Do you really think if my company put out a press release predicting a crash in the condo market it would actually cause anyone not to purchase. We have a tremendous...

    Toronto Massey Tower Condos | 206.95m | 60s | MOD Developments | Hariri Pontarini

The design of the tower is great, the lobby is the best part in my opinion. I'm interested to see the reaction to it when it is released to the public.

    Toronto 170 Spadina | 46.94m | 12s | Plaza | BDP Quadrangle

I prefered the original design, but the Urban Toronto folks wanted something that "fit the neighbourhood" and now you got it.

    Toronto O2 Toronto | 48.16m | 14s | Identity | P + S / IBI

Empire is no longer handling the sales component.

    Toronto INDX Condos | 178.6m | 54s | Lifetime | P + S / IBI

My guess would be all residential, but CC wouldn't confirm.

335 College @ Augusta (Old Orchard Homes, 6s, George Popper)

This went before the commitee of adjustment in late 2010. George Popper is the architect if I remember.

2400 Bathurst redevelopment (at Roselawn, Upper Forest Hill Suites II, 13s, RAW) DEAD

UD: Don't know why my link to that rendering didn't show up when I posted it a couple months back, but I was sure you or Travis would find it!

    Toronto Dundas Square Gardens | 156.05m | 50s | Gupta | IBI Group

King Charlotte is about 20x density if I recall.

    Toronto 170 Spadina | 46.94m | 12s | Plaza | BDP Quadrangle

I think a couple of Wallman's designs look much better when they were finished then the renderings, my favourites include Reve and Victory. I have no problem with this design, I don't think a project has to necessarily 'suit' a street, I think a juxtaposition of styles and heights makes...
