As bad and as cheap as can be? That’s a harsh perspective. What are you comparing to, relatively? Walk around Fort York, City Place, and Liberty Village, I would say this ranks high, relatively, for style - considering the thousands of other towns out there.

Slowly finding the beauty in this building. Standard looking Concord facade but keeping the original brick facade at the podium amps it up a lot. This is one building in Fort York that I’m looking forward to. I think it might shine and might change the mind of the neigh sayers.... Let’s see .

The building is beautiful but I wish it added a bit more pizazz to the area. There is nothing different or unique here yet. Novus across the street is turning out nicely. I think the retail component will be interesting here....

You could be right. I just compare it to other buildings in the area that were at a similar point in construction a year and a half ago and still haven’t been occupied or complete (Zen, GP, Playground..). Which is really unfortunate. This project has been really slow to break ground. really...

Nice. It really defines the “Downtown West / LV” skyline as you look west from downtown. I’m excited for more density along the north side of the KW line tracks as the old industrial sites get converted to condominiums, retail, and public/pedestrian ways.

Dec 2020, it can’t be. It’s going to be at least 2 years from now considering current progress. The clearing behind the building that has been done. Is that going to be a road or back alley at the end of all this?

Is there a minimum amount of time that a residency has to have occupancy for before closing? At what point do you plan to get a firm mortgage approval from your lender? Most pre-construction buyers I know have seemed to do this only after occupancy and once they have a relatively good idea on...

How long would after occupancy would you expect final closing? 6 months? Or sooner given that once occupancy actually happens, everyone will be ready almost right away?

Loblaws owned the building and the land as far as I could tell? I’m sure their storefront is part of the deal however I have no idea what kind of ownership or terms were agreed upon.

Yep agree. I was hoping this project would bring some much needed life into the area. That remains to be seen, the original building is nice but this grocery store seems to be about the best thing this neighbourhood has got so far. Hopefully it does liven up some how.... and maybe it will.

Walked by the site today and it looks like the facade is now 99 percent there. The detailing looks complete other than some work around some of the TH units. Looks like some work has been done in the last few weeks on that part. Townhouses are looking great, and I can see they are still not...
