Can council not create a law that says "if any council member or mayor is acting unbecoming to Toronto they can vote to kick them out in a referendum" of sorts? I'm assuming not otherwise they would've done it already, right?

good reading about this, thanks for the heads up. I remember when talk about this mayor came out but I didn't realize it was part of a bigger investigation. Would be nice to see that in Ontario - not just as a police investigation but also as a political one.

Also just a question about Project Traveller - that's all over with now right? All this talk about PT being about organized crime I haven't seen any arrests. Fuck I wish the cops would do something about the mob in this city - it's been getting more out of control and openly worse for years now...

I googled awhile ago those molotovs thrown into Jacobs steakhouse and it turned up nothing. Why wasn't it in the news? And why aren't they firebombing Harbour Sixty which is more connected to the Fords anyway (I see either Rob or Doug eating in there a fair bit)? MM, who do you suspect is up to...

Plus he probably has a gun because everyone has a gun that lives there? Get real everyone, there's lots of guns in Toronto and everyone gets them illegally. What's he going to say, "i got this illegally"? Of course not, he'll just say it's someone else's, like everyone else does.

I loved this documentary. Watching it unfold online you miss a lot of the actual details and interviews. They really ask the question, why didn't ford get arrested? Does anyone know what the answer to this is? And are reporters working on this question? It seems like we've only scratched...
