    I'm thinking this tower looks better on its East-West side versus the North-South. Its slender profile makes it look so much taller than it really is and soon we will be able to appreciate its sloping roof.

    For me it is safe to question One Bloor L Tower (long waits make this seem ify, but who knows) Emerald Park Couture Aura I wonder a bit, but I think its a go at the 75 floors. The other newly proposed buildings are just preliminary so I'm not taking them into account.

    The only good news to come out of this is that at least now we actually have an answer to all the questions we have been having for so long. I hope some other developer comes along and re-envisions this site with something truly deserving. The biggest loss is the site is now a wasteland...

    That doesn't make any sense. Who says we will finance your project but only up to some random floor? If the project has achieved enough sales, than all financing should be given. If it hasn't, than no financing should be given.

    But even still they are only 58% sold. I'm assuming the standard 75% plus is needed to get financing. If lopping off floors put them at 75% I would understand, but you are not selling anything, it will shorten the time frame, but it's still going to take them a while.
