    Toronto U Condominiums | 183.79m | 56s | Pemberton | a—A

I think Pemberton like Tridel has deep pockets and is willing to hold out longer than smaller developers before dropping prices. This is just my opinion though.

    No wonder it is so difficult to buy a home. You think they would realize that other developers are offering much larger suites for similar prices. They cant be that naive that people would buy that;

    Toronto MYC Merton Yonge Condominiums | ?m | 24s | Cresford | a—A

Good thing about this site, is you really get to understand how important the builder is and the quality they are known for. While it may be too early to tell, Cresford has had problems in the past and I hope this isn't a repeat of those mistakes.

Toronto West Courthouse (Dundas e of Kipling, 8s)

hmmm eight floors are better than two so I am assuming they slimmed it down slightly, but hard to tell. I wonder if this is more massing than actual final design. Hard to tell.

Wonder if it is the Rainbow Tower Hotel?

    400 foot List

I always thought you did a great job which is why I carried on with your design because it worked and I think everyone is used to it. Buildup, I will try and make as many changes as possible to the list to keep it up to date. I'm watching Bay-Adelaide as it is the closest to completion...

    400 foot List

I can add all the heights in metres as well, but just haven't had the time to convert them all, when I figure most people who are interested in knowing can convert themselves. I kept the list much like Canuck's because it seemed to be well received and it was manageable. To do constant...

1 Bloor East, DEAD AND BURIED (Bazis, -2s, Varacalli)

I always considered a blog a place for people to rant. I think this is more informative and educational than that.

Niagara Falls Hilton Phase II (53s, 172m, Stanford Downey Architects)

Comparing it to this. I think they did reduce the number of floors. It doesn't seem to dominate the other tower as much in the pictures as it does the drawings.

    Toronto L-Tower | 204.82m | 58s | Cityzen | Daniel Libeskind

Who knows anymore. Planning reports are primary I think and reporters tend to rush through stories, so I'm sticking with 57.

    Toronto The Uptown Residences | ?m | 48s | Pemberton | Burka

Hmmm hard to tell until there is more, but I suspect it wont be too bad based on what we see.

    Toronto West Harbour City | ?m | 36s | Plaza | BDP Quadrangle

Never thought I would like this one, but from what I see so far, it is looking pretty good. Hopefully the second one doesn't over do it though.

    Toronto Nicholas Residences | ?m | 35s | Urban Capital | Core Architects

I suspect this will also be rejected by area residents so I don't see why the developer should attempt to appease them and just go with the original proposal. Might as well save time and money.
