Cancelling new condo purchase after 10 days?

I have signed an agreement to purchase a new condo, and the 10 day rescission period is long gone and my deposit cheques have been cashed... Unfortunately I may need to cancel this purchase (not 100% sure either way at this point, I'll be looking at all my options). Are my deposits gone...

    Negotiating

I know from first-hand experience that the Amacon Eden/Eve/Elle development in Mississauga offers some room for negotiating the deposits. But then they're kinda high to begin with (15% within 120 days, another 10% at occupancy).

    Pre-approval request.....

Really? My agreement said that if I am not able to provide evidence of my credit worthiness then the vendor has the right to cancel the agreement and will then return the deposit "without interest or deduction". I don't have the agreement any more or I'd check to make sure.

    Eve (Mississauga, Amacon, 32s) COMPLETE

It may technically be one lane, but when it's that wide I think you should keep to the right, especially if going slower than average. Passing in a single lane isn't dangerous if there's sufficient space for all vehicles involved.

    New Condos In Brampton.

Re: Park Place Signed up for this but ended up backing out within the 10 day rescission period. Ultimately the price and various other costs stuffed into the agreement turned me off. They wouldn't negotiate on anything - not entirely surprising but nevertheless it was a major factor in my...

    Pre-Construction condo without agent?

I made this mistake myself with one builder. I was stunned when I was told they would not pay my agent because I had already registered directly. I was majorly upset with this builder in particular until I found out that this is apparently common industry practice. I still don't get it...
