I was on the website for this project, it's REALLY nice, dispite what goes up around it. lets not forget liberty village used to be an industrial site that people going to the CNE would park at. I am looking to buy on the east side, I think it will do well over the next 10 years

I love how the store besite the project has become the main topic lol. When I bought at liberty Village it was a sh*t hole. now everyone wants to be a part of it. I know the same will happen for this area. it will be interesting to see. now back the main topic...... seriously I hope...

lol, I know... don't get me wrong, I believe this area will turn around (popeyes or not) but still.... popeyes, sure to be gettolicious! when I seen the Orange I was hoping for Pizza Pizza, classy in it's own way! I guess we will have to wait and see

with the Carabana rain, and the soaking we got today, Lake Liberty has got WAY worse then the pictures posted above. I will try to post some, if I dont can you take some more "current"? once the fall comes I imagine lots of migrating birds takin' over the lake.

VU is comming along very well your so lucky! I looked at VU back in 05/06, but went with something that was already built in Liberty Village, I can't wait till the Modern is done, it's so close to the distillery and the St. Lawrence market, its on a streetcar line like 3 minutes to down...

seriously the west side gets too much attention! The east side is where it's at and is undervalued! new buildings like VU rock, and the buyers will do well resale wise! I REALLY like the modern, I bet a lot of people over look these buildings.

OMG they just closed their facebook group to the public becuase people were tired of people trashing the project. little do they know urban toronto is here for the public to read up on the builder! Vibe is getting a craine. Liberty towers is still a lake (with even more water after the rain!)

With this project people always "hear this" and "here that" from what ever sources. who knows whats fact and fiction! I walked by the site today and with all the rain we had it's lake liberty village! that's a fact!

I bought at the modern on richmond and sherbourne, I like the neighborhood, there is VALUE there! I think once the old crack head coffee time becomes a starbucks all will be well! the Barista "look of distain" when you ask for a double double can fix any neighborhood

if anyone decides to pull out, there are great projects on the east side, SO close to down town! right on the streer car line. GREAT VALUE, so don't get too hung up about the equity

meh If your "cooling off" period isn't over concider pulling out! look at some other options. if you want liberty village (which is a great area), look at buying something already built or look at something else. there are some good projects on the East Side as well. If you like your...
