Amazing to see such a positive transformation over the past few weeks; this could end up being the signature building in this whole cluster (Ice inc.)... We were in TO a little over a month ago, and the difference is quite spectacular...

The crown looks obtrusive because there is no balcony glass on the upper floors to blend in with... I think it will look amazing when all the balcony glass is completed...

This building will quickly morph into something quite awesome... The contrast between balcony glass and blue undertones will be more noticeable month to month... This is Ice quality, if not a fair bit more...

Crossing the Rubicon is a great way to describe this building, and ya, there is no point of no return... Of all the major projects in the core, this ranks last, style-wise at the very least... Still quite happy of many of the new projects in the vicinity...

What an absolute stunner from that angle...

The two elevated sections near the stern, er, back, look like a quarterdeck off an old Spanish Galleon!

MDParker:I have a few thoughts... 1) TO finally gets to play itself in front of a viewing audience in the 10's of millions, vs playing a major US city in a TV show or movie... 2) This is a major run that we're on, that will play from coast to coast; It's Olympic-like in its cross-country...
