    Toronto Bloor Street Neighbourhood Condos | ?m | 32s | Cresford | Northgrave

I went to the University of Western and all the newer residences there on campus are the same light brick and green window colour scheme lol. An earlier poster mentioned something about how BSN will look like a "fun" place to live while CASA will look more luxurious. That couldn't be more...

I VERY EXCITE! :D How realistic is the August expected occupancy date? The building has been going up nicely without any delays since they set that date. However I recall Clear Spirit (a similar sized project) had reached it's full height in the summer of 07 and didn't occupy until August...

All I know is that he said "they are changing the location because it will save 1.5 hours per day". Aside from that my guess is as good as yours.

Jerry told me a couple months back that they were going to be changing the "location" of the crane and that this change would save about 1.5 hours a day. Therefore, about a day per floor which = 40 days sooner to completion :D Also, thanks Casaguy for all the great posts on here. I was...

What building are you in that's taking 12 days per floor? So I guess my question is: What work has to be done that takes at least 3 months once the last bucket is poured until move in? (assuming the glass panels and interiors are being completed up the building from the lower floors as the...

I have a stupid question. Having never bought a condo before let alone watch one built, I am wondering why the expected occupancy is 1 year from now (realizing that's best case scenario) when the skeleton of the building should be completed in 9 months. From what I understand that as the...

It looks like our amenities floor will have a nice high ceiling :D

Just to clarify...absolutely nothing wrong making a profit on anything. My beef is that a number of people from Cresford have told me that the upgrades are extremely expensive and that the price is actually their cost and they arn't making a penny from it. That is where the dishonestly is.

It's really a pain to know my condo is being built by a bunch dishonest people that think we're all stupid enough to believe that they're selling the upgrades at their actual cost and not making a profit. Makes me wonder what else they lie about.

I think you are correct Casaguy, makes sense.

I think you are mistaken. Remember that the 4 floor podium is a larger foot print than the rest of the building, balconies are on floors 6 and up...the 5th floor will feature a terrace aka the excess foot print of the podium.
