move-in dates Tentative move-in dates are mid December for lower floors and mid January for the upper. However, the sales rep told me he would expect it to be delayed a further month or 2.

rooftop terrace The centre portion of the 47th level is taken up by the building staircase and most likely the mechanical room. The rooftop terraces are about 1/3 of their respective floor plans but with wrap around views.

crane They were using a Mammoet Crane. I was told there were only 3 of these in Canada. They will be all done with the removal by end of day today.

top floor I stopped off at the sales office today and had a look at the penthouse floor plans. The 46th level units actually have stairs leading to the indented level just under the hat. In other words they have a private, sheltered, shady area to lounge in. Real nice with a nice price...

penthouse residences I received a letter from CASA dated May 27th. Looks like they are planning a presentation launch of their penthouse units. The invitations will be sent out soon in the mail. Looking forward to it. :)

move in date I received the same letter today but with a move in date of Jan 15th due to a higher floor I suppose.

You're right CASA guy. I wouldn't dare go up unless the super or someone escorted me. I count the new flooring to be the 42nd.

Photo from CN tower My camera does not take the quality pictures I've been seeing on this thread but I did manage to get a reasonable shot from the CN Tower today. I've indicated CASA with an arrow.

update Had a chance to pass by today. Lots of work activity happening on CASA with very little at BSN. They were pouring cement on the 41st story but had started building the forms for the 42nd floor. Talked to the concrete guys and they mentioned that it will take a little longer than a...

Progress Went to visit CASA today. Still finishing off the 39th floor. Went to touch base at the sales office and was told the penthouse unit floor plans should be made avaiable in a few weeks. They have 1450, 1980(approx) and 2000 sq' units and all have 10' ceilings. Move in date of August...
