It's a nice view but for some reason, i find it kind of boring...everything you see is not to scale any more when your that high up. I think around 50th floor is perfect if unobstructed. You can actually see the curves of the city. When your 75 stories above ground, everything is just dwarfed...IMO

IMO, this place will be an extension of University of Toronto's Residence, but privately owned :D you just wait and see! :)

i think it's better to do an overall rating of the builder (not including the project) because it gets too complicated. Viewers, like myself, want to get a quick overall picture and if they see that a particular rating is low then they can refer to the posts on specific projects for further...
