Change agent, there are tones out there looking for your business. Best way is to ask around, referrals generally get you services that others (your friend/family) are already satisfied with and should be confident in passing the agent details to you. Ads are always deceiving...i'm working with...

personally, i'll prob buy when the whole community is developed (~20 buildings) and then buy at resale...Concord doesn't have a good history of significant price increase compared to other developments in proximity (e.g., Cityplace). $495.5 psf is higher than what i paid for at Yonge/Sheppard...
