UT seriously needs to consider charging posters who want to promote their own businesses. On most other forums I frequent, he would be considered a sponsor and have to pay to advertise.

I got to see the building firsthand last week coming up Bathurst from Lakeshore and I must say it seems to 'pop' in comparison to its surroundings. I liked it, nice to see a different colour used once in a while.

Most definitely the case. I frequently find butts on my balcony, and in the odd instance screws/nails. The problem for me is you don't really know who above you is the culprit. Sure it's most likely the people directly above you, but it would be hard to prove. We constantly have letters...

I passed by the site this morning and a crew was busy putting up some sort of hoarding/fencing. The site looks quite small given the expanse of area it's located in (my view was only from Don Mills Road).

Wow, that pool is very small considering the number of units. The one at my condo is larger and is meant for 550 suites and I'm concerned that it's too small.

I live in Aria and have a South and West view from my suite. I see these towers every day from my living room and actually don't mind them from a distance. It's certainly not the norm for this strip in terms of design and that's not a bad thing. I personally wouldn't want to live there...

This building is very visible from my condo at Leslie/Sheppard, actually sticks out like a sore thumb. I'll snap some pics and post them tonight.

I know that the marketing material states suites from the $400's to about $1.28 million, but I don't know the pricing per suite.

Just as an update, the two phases/buildings will be built on the parcel of land called "Future Golf Villas" on the site plan linked above. Also, if you visit their website they now have a slew of renderings available along with the floorplans, no pricing though.

Excavation for this project has most certainly begun. Last week I saw a few pieces of heavy machinery on site doing some drilling (long pole type equipment). This morning as I passed by there were no less than 16 empty dump trucks waiting to be loaded with earth excavated from the site.

Somehow I doubt they'd let people carry anything that could accidentally fall such as a camera.

The buildings are not yet fully complete from an exterior point of view. Phase 1 (south tower) is nearly copmlete while tower 2 is a little behind. There are also a host of small odd items that require attention around the base, but nothing major. I suspect once the weather gets a bit nicer...
