Heavens what are you smoking? College and Bay is a hospital area and nothing like Yorkville at all. The two areas couldn't be more opposite. Not saying it's a bad area but there is no comparison.

According to the latest disclosure statement that was just sent last week there are 46 floors...the 46th being the 4 unit penthouse floor with the walk up terraces. I guess the terraces would be 47 although I'm certain the elevators wouldn't take you there. Perhaps they skipped the 13th floor?

At the very moment the first purchasers on the 6th floor should be doing their PDI...let's see how quickly we get feedback on here.

Is this angle misleading? I could swear manulife center isn't THAT much taller and I thought that CASA is taller than St Thomas but it looks the other way around here. FYI to all, the first PDI's are scheduled to start on November 1st...so hopefully we will get some interior pics on here...
