I don't come bearing any facts, just opinions, but I seem to remember what Eug said as being generally correct (not including certain high-end units like penthouses).

I'd take that with not just a grain of salt, but a whole shaker full. People that make their living off the real estate market have a very obvious bias to keep the gravy train rollin'.

I wouldn't ever live in a high-rise condo without a balcony... and I'd venture to guess that a majority of condo purchasers would prefer one too.

cityplaceguy isn't a traditional spammer, but more like a realtor troll who generally ends his horribly misspelled comments with requests to PM him/her for business opportunities. But if we kept him, I wouldn't mind as he/she ups the 'laugh-factor' here at UT.

I'll echo the above sentiments about this majestic building - it's great to see a wonderful structure being saved from death row!

I'm also throwing my hat into the ring regarding the lack of contrasting colors - everything seems sort of monochromatic and appears to blend together in a visual goulash.

It's a bit odd for me to celebrate the death of a human, but it certainly feels good to be ending a chapter. Ultimately, the book is still being written, but turning the page brings about a feeling of hope.
