You're correct - Forum only calls landlines. That and the Saturday/Sunday polling both skew results as most respondents are older (50+) and more 'white'.

Who cares? Most people who wish to be taken seriously (and not appear to be a teenager). What would be the reason to not user proper capitalisation? Laziness, pure and simple. And then in that case, why even use commas and periods? And to take it a bit further, how about shortening words...

'Month-to-month' sales figures and 'average' selling price are both poor metrics. Better to use the 'year-over-year' and 'median' price figures as they are more accurate for analytical purposes.

I guess you're assuming that the Republicans (especially those in the US House Of Representatives, which they control) will vote to raise the debt ceiling (which allocates money to pay bills already incurred) even though they have vowed to vote against doing so unless they get massive spending...
