Great to hear Amber! If you don't mind me asking, how many visitor spots did they promise the residents at 530?

It's an a absolute joke! I seriously considered buying a unit there but surely glad I didn't.

Believe me, it's just a matter of time before the parking enforcement jumps on this. Seen this with many other developments around the city.

Just a quick update. I have yet to visit the sales center but the entrance to 500 will also be shared with 530. It will definitely work. Poor garage door will get a workout :)

How's the visitor parking at Metropolis? Do all the buildings share the same visitor parking? Looked at a unit here a few months ago and would like to purchase one here as an investment. Noticed the streets were stacked with cars almost taking up most of the road. I'm guessing this will change? TIA!

Unbelievable! I actually looked at 289 Westmount and although it looked like a great house it needed some work. 130K over asking is just plain crazy. Wow!
