Summerhill's expansion is not hugely surprising after they were unable to get approval to expand the main store on Summerhill Ave, and also had cost issues doing it. They also built out a huge commercial kitchen in the DVP and Lawrence area I understand.

They just put signage up on the site this week. Looks like things are going to start moving ahead here.

Those listing agents really got that owner to clean that building up for the photos above. The place was awful when I walked it last summer. But the views on the roof are great looking at the core.

If I am not mistaken, CTC is a partial owner with Oxford in Canada Square. If true, buying them out of their position only got more and more expensive over the years.

A1 and B1 have been part of the conversation for the last two years. I would doubt 101 McNabb is going anywhere soon as both GM and TD spent a bunch of money to move in there in the last few years. GM just finished their work in 2018.

You also have the parking garage on the back of the building which takes up a bunch of floors. If I recall properly the building has 5 stakeholders which have to work together for the whole complex.

It has very much started. I just drove by and the big hole they have cut is very noticable.

The architects have taken the project off their website. That is not a good sign.

I did not see that in the OP, I will have to take a look. Was the farmers market not up at the old BMO building? I thought they were using that as a marketing tool to take people's mind off the building they tore down.
