One thing I don't understand. It is not only for uptowns but for all of their project. They might have borrowed some fund for their projects. They would need to pay interest for those fund, i guess. Delaying like this would increase their expenses due to interest payment, wouldn't it? Instead...

It is really frustrating. I pushed them to provide some tentative dates for next phase. As this was planned for Q2 2023 and we are at Q3 2023. But they could not (or are not willing to) provide any dates or plan for that. It seems like they dont have any plan. They just proceeding the work...

It has been going on for past 3 months it seems. I saw a review dated 3 months ago. this builder is horrible. I am not sure how they are in this field for 40 years. Horrible. Let’s wait and see. But it seems like they are frauds.

They always provide generic responses. they do whatever they want to do on their own pace. Sadly our emails don't do any good :( Let's hope, they would commence the work again without any other unavoidable delay.

I think current tentative occupancy date is Oct 2024 not Oct 2025. But it always changes. Let’s hope it won’t delay beyond Q12025.
