Confirmed. Michael's is moving into half of the de boer's old location. I can see this redevelopped in the next 5 years and most likely with the acquisition of the dairy queen/optical store building and the parking lot adjacent to it (same owner -- from '94)

I'm VERY impressed with this site. The other townhomes along bayview here are of a typical 'custom' builder standard which is definitely an improvement of the old bungalows on the site but not much really to be too impressed with-- Kudos to Symmetry & Teeple

Since I seen the application since last year on the site -- I find this quite odd that Kardel (they build custom homes in North York and Richmond Hill) owns the back parking lot and bungalow and is not part of the application and really limits their type of development Subject Site in Red...

very interesting. Curious to see a site plan. Will the new buildings be in the rear of the renovated building and they face upjohn? -- I don't know how well the residential buildings will be implemented in the rear from a marketing/site appeal.

Site came up for sale at 8.7 MIL If the meeting just happened and it was a pretty positive view -- I don't see why they would be selling now. Application costs are expensive and trying to sell the project early on doesn't seem to be the best strategy.
