    Oakville Edgemere Private Residences | ?m | 4s | Niche | a—A

I couldn't find the Projects & Construction thread for this one, so if possible could someone move these. But this is what that property looks like now(these are the ultra-luxury condos stated above, with prices starting at 3million). Probably one of my favourite things done by aA.

    Toronto Ïce Condominiums at York Centre | 234.07m | 67s | Lanterra | a—A

Mafaldas 4th pic just makes me smile, and think one word, Toronto.

    Toronto One Valhalla Towns & Condos + Triumph Phase Three | 116.12m | 35s | Edilcan | P + S / IBI

mrostant, if you don't mind me asking, what building was it in oakville that you invested in? And how long was it before they cancelled it?

    Central Waterfront 1950s-70s

When you think about the fact when it was built, the waterfront was pretty bad, they probably never imagined people would want to come down there to see the lake. Its just unfortunate we have to live with it now that the area is being built up into a great residential area.

    Toronto Cinema Tower | 142.64m | 43s | Daniels | Kirkor Architects

I guess I'm alone in actually liking this building... I find the podium to be a refreshing colour and type of material, albeit a little poorly executed.

    Fantasy Renderings

Urbandreamer, I must say generally your concepts are unique, but I don't always love them. This one though, is absolutely awesome! I'd love to see this go up for sure!

    Toronto First Canadian Place Rejuvenation | 298.08m | 72s | Brookfield | MdeAS Architects

Absolutely amazing photo, best I've seen in a long time!

    Toronto Wellesley on the Park | 194.15m | 60s | Lanterra | KPMB

Smh, that is absolutely awful. Seems like Lanterra is really making use of the copy and paste feature. I really hope this is very preliminary, and is subject to much change.

    Toronto Residences at the RCMI Condos | 134.72m | 42s | Tribute | Zeidler

It is pathetic I must admit, but a part of me really wants to see the entire thing just rust. It would add some much needed texture and colour to the sea of grey buildings in the square, and would also add to the grityness of toronto. Who knows, maybe it will get to that point one day though!

    Toronto Aura at College Park | 271.87m | 78s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

Much like trump, this building isn't half bad, its just the inconsistent floor heights that kill it for me. But I think with the addition of the curved portion, this building will be better then the bottom half suggests that it will be.

    Toronto Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

I absolutely love it! Definitely getting the Hong Kong vibe, which isn't a bad thing. My favourite part has to be how every building offers a different style, yet they all manage to work together nicely.

    Toronto Southcore Financial Centre & Delta Toronto | 159.71m | 45s | GWL | KPMB

kris, its crazy you mention that because I was thinking the exact same thing! But this building is definitely turning out to be a real stunner, I hope the street level is as equally nice.

    Toronto Market Wharf | 110.33m | 33s | Context Development | a—A

Absolutely great shot sMT! Probably the best angle of Market Wharf as it really shows off the waves.

    Toronto Yonge & Rich Condominiums | 156.35m | 46s | Great Gulf | a—A

I think the height is great for the location, but the design, I'm not in love with it. But it could definitely turn out to be a nice building.

    Toronto L-Tower | 204.82m | 58s | Cityzen | Daniel Libeskind

Long time lurker, first time poster! Just wanted to say thanks to all for posting these great pictures! When your out in the suburbs its great to get these updates. Also, I think its safe to say Daniel Libeskind has regained Toronto's love and trust with this beauty after the ROM.
