With the glass going up, all I can think of is that this building is a stream of water being poured out of a giant water bottle onto the street, flowing and curving naturally on its own. Absolutely magnificent.

The heritage facade, on the scaffolding to the left of it when facing west. Theres the first white piece of the cast model of the original brick just sitting there. I remember seeing a story on it here a while back.

Do we know how long that first white piece has been sitting there ?

Hopedale mall in oakville recently went under renovation, and the commercial segment got a re clad. I couldn't help but notice the similarities between the two, seems odd given how the two projects are so drastically different yet have a similar(albeit different) cladding.

I know its using stone(not stucco or eifs), with slate shingles, so it should have some character. Also, the sign on the site which formerly had a render now has been painted white, seems odd.
